wanted to explore bangor and this hotel was wonderful base for doing it. airy room with 2 double beds, immensely pleasant staff — everything was great. a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets were very handy.

The room was bright and airy. On walk-in, the room was a perfect temperature as air conditioner was set to low.
Did not like that the sink/vanity was outside the toilet/tub area.

we never actually got to stay there -we took a wrong turn outside of Scranton PA and ended up crossing into Canada in the Montreal PQ area - what a mess!! Had a wonderful stay in an Auberge in Magog Quebec which you should recommend to customers - it was a bad day turned good!!

When our toilet over flowed there was no one who knew what to do....I ended up plunging the toilet myself and cleaning up the water on the floor. ...some of the water went on the carpet between the wall and the bed.....I told front desk and it stayed wet for the next day that were there. I knew that the carpets weren't vacuum before we arrived, because I found someone's medication on the floor.

On the second day our key card did not work on the back door 11 at night... so my friends stood out in the cold with multiple parcels while I ran around the building ,up the stairs .down the hall ,around to the back of the building and down the stairs to let them in..very frustrating....Apparently the card was programmed for one night ...not two
